How I found Kit & Kin
I started a personal mission to reduce the amount of chemicals my family and I were exposed to in our home. This mission began when I started struggling with my hormones, peri-menopause and also suffering from eczema on my hands, wrists and elbows.
While reading that chemicals in everyday household products can interfere with hormone balances, plus irritating and maybe even causing eczema I dived into a mission to swop over to all non chemical products.
When I started researching non chemical and natural hand washes I came across a company called Kit & Kin and they sparked my interest.
While switching my household products to non chemical alternatives, I began to reflect on how important it is to consider what we are using to wash hands with many times a day.
I wash my hands after applying my makeup and doing my hair, before and after each skincare treatment in my salon, after using the bathroom, before and during preparing food, after doing the bins, after pulling weeds out of the garden etc.... this really adds up so it is important how kind the product I am using on my skin and the environment.
This review explores why Kit & Kin's Hand Wash has become a popular choice for those looking to transition to a more sustainable lifestyle without harsh chemicals and compromising on performance.

Overview

I love the Kit and Kin eco hand washes as they not only smell amazing they also calm and protect my delicate eczema prone skin plus it successfully bridges the gap between powerful anti bacterial protection and skin kind sustainability.
By creating a formula that eliminates 99.9 percent of bacteria using only naturally derived plant ingredients, Kit & Kin offers a reliable defence against germs without compromising your skin's health or environmental values.
While the initial price point is slightly higher than basic toxic supermarket alternatives it is very reasonable in the natural product market, the option to buy large refill pouches and return them for specialist UK recycling makes it a highly sustainable and cost effective investment for any modern eco conscious home.
With its plant based formula and sustainable packaging, it's designed for those who (like me) want to reduce their environmental impact, and the use of chemicals in the household without compromising on cleaning power.
I also love the stylish bottle and its convenient and practical pump top thats looks great by my sink and adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, while the refill system helps reduce plastic waste. I always keep a few refills in my kitchen draw ready.
