*Broad spectrum - means that the sunscreen shields the skin from both UVA and UVB rays. To protect your skin from cell damage, sun burn, ageing and skin cancer it is very important your SPF is Broad Spectrum, has the correct 'use by' date and is applied correctly.
Use By Date
On all sun protection SPF product there is always an 'Use By' date. This is very important, the product will not have its full strength protection if out of date. Plus if SPF product is out of date the chemical could cause a skin reaction, and a skin reaction and sun burn combination is never a good idea. Never chance it, always check Use By Date.
